Sheard Packaging is expanding its production capacity at its manufacturing facility with Mosca Direct UK installing two key end-of-line solutions; The SoniXs pallet packing press and Saturn S4 fully automatic stretch wrapper.
As part of their continued growth, Sheard is expanding production with a purpose-built mezzanine dedicated to multipoint gluers and needed to incorporate a new despatch line, despite the challenges of a height restriction. Alongside broader automation on the MPG lines and across the site, this creates more space for new production machinery and storage, helping improve flow and support Sheard’s next stage of growth aspirations.
