The Mayr-Melnhof Group has confirmed it has sold its two packaging sites in Russia, St. Petersburg and Pskov, to the local investor Granelle following approval from the authorities.
The sales price is around €134m. In 2021, the plants together generated sales of around €124m. The transaction is expected to have a neutral impact on earnings for MM.
