Port Glasgow-based McLaren Packaging has acquired Bathgate-based Glenhaze for an undisclosed sum.
Glenhaze manufactures sustainable, paper-based, and innovative product protection for the spirit, glass manufacturing and e-commerce sectors.

We are retaining the Glenhaze premises in Bathgate, together with all 25 employees so, as far as Glenhaze customers and staff are concerned, it will be business as usual. A vital aspect of our interest in Glenhaze is our shared values as responsible employers and manufacturers.”
He continues, “With our capability to supply solid board divisions to the drinks sector, this acquisition adds another string to our bow and represents a logical addition to our overall product portfolio, enabling us to access a wider customer base with a broader range of products.”
