Marbach offers marbaject, a rubbering solution for corrugated board cutting dies that is specifically designed to meet the requirements of modern die-cutting processes, whether flat or rotary. Rubbering plays a decisive role in the running behaviour of die-cutting machines and significantly influences process reliability, ejection and tool life.
During the die-cutting process, the rubbering fixes the sheet, prevents the material from sticking to the tool, and stabilises the nicks. The precise interaction of all rubber properties is particularly important at high speeds and with complex layouts. In practice, different rubbers are often used for this purpose, which are not always optimally matched to each other – with negative effects on running behaviour and wear.
marbaject was developed to combine these requirements into a coordinated system. Its high rebound elasticity enables safe and even ejection, while the high abrasion resistance ensures a long service life. This reduces maintenance costs and increases cost-effectiveness in daily operations. Thanks to its ISEGA certification, marbaject is also suitable for use in the food industry.
