Robert “Bob” Shafer has announced his departure from Kolbus America effective Sept. 6, 2019. Neal Horrigan has been named Director of Kolbus America and will be responsible for managing the company, according to an announcement from Wilfried Kroeger, CEO of Kolbus GmbH & Co, KG.
Shafer joined Kolbus America in 1991 as an area sales manager and became president in 2000. He led the company through numerous successes including a relocation in 2004, the acquisition of Hycorr in 2011 and the establishment of the subsidiary Kolbus de Mexico in 2012.
The shareholders of Kolbus have expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation for Shafer’s contributions during his employment with Kolbus America.
