The Logson Group has confirmed it has completed the acquisition of Challenge Packaging based in East Sussex.
Colin Prior, Sales Director and Simon Allen, Chairman, along with the rest of the existing management team will remain with the business, continuing to lead Challenge Packaging as a stand-alone business within the Logson Group.
