UK-based Logson Group has confirmed the acquisition of The Boxshop Ltd, an independent sheet plant based in East Kilbride, Scotland. Boxshop has a turnover in excess of £14 million and is Scotland’s largest independent manufacturer of corrugated boxes.
Douglas Lamb and David Protheroe, Joint Managing Directors at The Boxshop Ltd, who will continue to lead the business, commented, “We are delighted we have found such an ideal fit.
