Liberty Diversified International (LDI) has confirmed it completed the acquisition of Chicago-based Alois Box Company in the final weeks of December.
Mike Fiterman, Chairman and CEO, LDI, said, “This acquisition of Alois Box is part of our growth strategy focused on serving customers with speed, efficiency and quality. Alois Box Co and its brands will become part of LDI’s Liberty Packaging group, North Region. David Jones and existing senior employees will continue to staff key management positions in the company.”
