Langley Holdings FY24 results

Langley Holdings plc has published its IFRS Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December, 2024.

The Group reported a profit before tax (PBT) of €124.4m on revenues of €1.203 bn, virtually identical to 2023. Net assets reached €1 bn and cash reserves climbed to almost €400m at year end, up over €100m during the period. Orders on hand were €930m at the close, an increase of €53m on the previous year.

In the print technologies division a good performance by chemicals producer Druck Chemie was unfortunately wiped out by losses at Manroland Sheetfed, the German press builder. The division made a negative contribution overall although income to other Group entities reduced the shortfall somewhat.

Anthony Langley, Chairman, said, “2024 was another satisfactory year for the Group overall. Acknowledging the more than 5,000 employees world wide, we expect a slightly improved performance by the Group in 2025.”
