Lamina System has installed a Taping machine at Kilby Packaging based in Kettering, UK. The machine has a detachable feeder with 2 tape applicators in series for applying double sided finger lift tapes.
Kilby Packaging is a fourth generation family business founded in 1946. Operating from two sites in Birmingham and Kettering, they are specialists in manufacturing corrugated cases, printers of self-adhesive tapes and digital printers of bags and mailers. Their e-commerce website offers next day delivery as standard on a variety of boxes, tapes and protective packaging.
The machine will mainly be used for e-commerce packaging and was sold by Neil Thayer of Finishline Machinery.
