Lamina System AB has confirmed that it recently installed a Lamina 1800 GL at Villers-Saint-Paul, France-based Cartonnages Bazin.
The converter produces tailor made corrugated packaging for industry since 1962, with a speciality for short to mid sized runs in corrugated board. To improve its capability and productivity, the French converter decided to invest in a new gluing machine. After investigation and site visits, they opted for the Lamina 1800 GL.
“Lead time has been only several weeks and after a week of installation and training performed by Lamina technicians, we have started using our new gluing machine extensively,” says Clement Gaillard. “We are very satisfied with results both from a quality standpoint and also regarding the productivity rate which has been doubled compared to our previous machine.”
