Kolbus America has confirmed the relocation of its headquarters to Huntersville, NC.
Effective May 2023, the company moved operations to North Carolina, from its previous location in Cleveland, OH. Kolbus America will retain its presence in Kalamazoo, MI. In addition, the company confirmed the hiring of several new positions, including a full finance team to ensure a seamless financial operation – and two skilled service technicians who will further enhance the company’s technical capabilities, ensuring swift and effective support for customers throughout North America. The company has expanded its customer service team, bringing on board several experienced customer service representatives who will be readily available to assist customers with parts orders, address service inquiries, and guarantee overall satisfaction.
The strategic decision to move to Huntersville marks a significant milestone in Kolbus America’s expansion plans, as it positions the company for continued growth and increased efficiency. The new location offers a larger and more modern facility that will accommodate the company’s growing workforce and better support its commitment to outstanding customer service.
The Huntersville location offers several advantages, including its close proximity to the airport and CompanyBox, a prominent Kolbus customer and home to the Kolbus RD 115s flexo rotary die-cutter. This strategic positioning will streamline operations and facilitate convenient access for customer visits, making it easier for them to fly into the area and reach Kolbus America’s facility.
