Koenig & Bauer has welcomed its latest intake of apprentices across its Group locations as the company begins its 2026 apprenticeship year.
The printing press manufacturer said its training strategy continues to focus on developing skills to support technological transformation across the printing and packaging industries, with opportunities ranging from specialised technical roles in mechanical engineering to dual-study programmes.

Apprentices gain practical experience through involvement in projects and workflows, alongside additional seminar programmes, exchanges and personal development opportunities. The company provides training across locations including Würzburg, Radebeul, Stuttgart, Veitshöchheim and Mödling in Austria. Its Würzburg headquarters also operates a company-owned vocational school, with training tailored to the company’s products and technologies.
