Klingele Paper & Packaging is expanding its presence in Germany’s Limburg region with the construction of a new logistics and service facility for Klingele Plus GmbH in Limburg-Staffel.
The development is being built on a site of approximately 25,000 sqm and will provide around 6,000 sqm of operational space and 1,200 sqm of offices. The facility will incorporate a 17m-high high-bay warehouse and fully automated conveyor technology to support more efficient logistics processes.
Construction began in April 2026, with completion and relocation from Klingele Plus’ existing Villmar-Aumenau site scheduled for mid-2027. The new building will meet the KfW 40 energy-efficiency standard and incorporate large-scale photovoltaic systems.
