Javier Quesada, CEO, Kento Digital Printing, has confirmed the company is currently installing the next Kento hybrid digital-flexo line at a customer site in the U.S.
The new line, which includes two flexo units and single pass inkjet, is being installed at Fond du Lac, WI-based Quality Packaging Inc.
“A new era of innovation for QPI begins with the arrival and installation of a brand-new Kento Hybrid printing machine,” says Quesada. “This particular model will also be enhanced with an inline rotary die-cutter before the end of 2024.”
He continues, “Collaborating seamlessly, the QPI and Kento teams have laid the groundwork, received the containers, and are currently in the process of assembling this modular printing solution that is set to go live in Q2, widening the options for new and existing customers. This milestone underscores QPI’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation in corrugated packaging solutions for both local and national brands.”
