Metsä Board’s long-term CEO Mika Joukio has decided to step down from his position as of 7 April in accordance with the agreement he has made with the Board of Directors.
The Board has appointed Metsä Group’s EVP, Strategy, Esa Kaikkonen as the new CEO of the company as of 7 April.
