Jardin Corrugated Cases has confirmed its relocation to a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Located just minutes from its original site on the same business park, the move marks a significant milestone in the company’s five-year growth strategy.
The new 140,000 sq ft site served as a blank canvas, allowing the company to completely reconfigure its operations for optimal process flow and efficiency. In addition to the expanded manufacturing floor, the facility features modernised staff amenities, a new reception area, and versatile office spaces designed to better accommodate customers and internal team collaboration.
The move also sees an investment in new equipment, with the addition of an Eterna flat bed die-cutter and upgraded material handling lines, ensuring seamless raw material and work flow throughout the factory.
Bob Kozculab, Managing Director, Jardin Corrugated Cases, commented, “Whilst maintaining high levels of customer service during the transition period it has been a very intense few months, but the entire team have pulled together to make it happen and the new site is looking superb.”
While the move represents a forward-thinking step for the business, it also holds sentimental significance. The company will vacate its original site, which has been its home since the late 1940s, on 30th June.
“It truly is the end of an era, but the start of a very exciting new chapter for the business and our people,” added Kozculab.
With the new facility now fully operational, Jardin Corrugated Cases is well-positioned to meet rising demand and continue its long-standing tradition of excellence in the corrugated packaging sector.
