James Cropper Paper & Packaging has confirmed the appointment of Mike Gibson as Head of Business Development, as the company accelerates its expansion into new markets and explores innovative product opportunities.
Gibson, who initially joined the company as Business Development Manager in May, adds more than 25 years of experience across the paper, packaging, and corrugate industries, with expertise spanning carrier bags, food and merchant packaging, and sales leadership in both the UK and international markets.
Alongside Gibson’s appointment, Julia Lawrence has been named Head of Regional Accounts, joining Mickael Minot, appointed Brand Owner Director earlier this year, to complete the restructuring of the company’s sales team. All three now report directly to Managing Director Paul Barber, reinforcing a strong leadership framework to drive growth and innovation.
