IPP Packaging Materials has confirmed the acquisition of Premium Paper & Marketing BV and Benelux Paper Agencies Antwerpen (BPA), bringing together three companies operating in the paper and packaging sector.
The acquisition expands IPP’s portfolio of packaging papers and graphic papers, while also adding the experience and expertise of the Premium Paper & Marketing and BPA teams. As part of the acquisition, Ann Van Gaal, Max Peters and Melinda Peters will join IPP Packaging Materials.
IPP said the move will support its customers across Western Europe through an expanded product offering, increased continuity of supply and additional specialist knowledge.
