Inkmaker srl has acquired Germany-based SWESA, a company specialised in customised dosing-systems. The acquisition is Inkmaker’s third since 2019, acquiring Rexson Systems Ltd and Vale-Tech Ltd in the United Kingdom and Tecnopails S.n.c in Italy.
Swesa, manufactures ink dosing systems, with a solid base of global customers from the food packaging, office furniture, tissue and heavy-duty corrugated packaging industries.
