The stock-listed company INDUS Holding AG has successfully completes the acquisition of Heiber + Schröder Maschinenbau GmbH, with the deal closing on 08 April 2022.
H+S, based in Erkrath, also includes its subsidiary Heiber Schroeder USA, Inc. (Cary, Illinois). The supplier of special machinery is now wholly owned by the INDUS Group. With this acquisition, the portfolio company now has 47 subsidiaries. The long-standing managing directors, Andre Garmer and Gustavo Cuata, will continue to manage the H+S Group operationally.
