Impact Environmental Group EMEA (IEG EMEA) has confirmed the acquisition of one of the UK’s leading providers of compactors, balers and waste handling solutions from Brask & Cece.
This acquisition, which will immediately be rebranded to IEG Preston, marks the latest step in IEG EMEA’s strategy to strengthen its provision of New and Refurbished Compaction and Baling equipment whilst simultaneously expanding its UK Service offering. This acquisition joins a growing family of trusted brands including IEG Oak Park (formerly Egbert Taylor), IEG Chesterfield (formerly Container Components Europe), IEG Winsford (formerly UK Container Maintenance), and IEG Barnsley (formerly Capital Compactors and Balers).
