ID Machinery has confirmed the addition of two new partners to their portfolio of new machinery offerings.
“Focused on automating feeding and take off from converting machinery, the new equipment provides considerable long term cost savings over traditional labour-intensive areas,” explains John Brasier, Managing Director, ID Machinery. “For the feeding end of the line, we have partnered with Foshan JinBing (JB) Machinery. Established in 2010, JB specialise in the manufacturer of semi-automatic and fully automatic pre-feeders with a range to suit all types of flexo and die-cutting converting machinery, from mini to jumbo.”
He continues, “To automate the take-off end, we are now able to supply solutions from Taems Robot Company. Taems have built a reputation for leading the way in factory automation. With a long-established association with Suzhou Research Institute of Robot Technology, Suzhou University and Jiangsu University of science and technology, their design and R&D leads the way in this modern labour-saving industrial field.”
Brasier concludes, “With intelligent solutions for infeed, conveying, robot palletising and pallet and sheet control, we are able to supply the complete system for an intelligent factory solution.”
