Hood Container Corporation recently announced that it has acquired Sonoco Display and Packaging. The transaction includes locations in Pennsylvania, Iowa, North Carolina, Illinois, Georgia, Arkansas, and New Jersey.
Sonoco Display and Packaging is a provider of point-of-purchase corrugated displays and contract packaging services in the U.S. This strategic acquisition allows Hood Container to expand product offerings to Sonoco Display and Packaging’s existing customer base while increasing Hood Container’s domestic footprint.
