HEIDELBERG UK confirms that Ryan Miles has left the company by mutual agreement, effective 30 September 2026.
To ensure a seamless transition, Jochen Bender, Head of EMEA, will work closely with UK directors Simon Gamble and Jonathan Roch to provide leadership oversight and maintain business continuity. The existing management team and organisational structure remain unchanged.
The company has now confirmed the appointment of Neil Fletcher as its new Sales and Product Director effective 2nd November. In addition, he will also assume the role of Interim Managing Director, ensuring continuity of leadership.
