Spain-based SERRA recently picked up the ‘Health and Safety Award’ at the recent FEFCO Technical Seminar in Copenhagen.
The company’s innovative ‘SERRAVISION’ system was cited as being an extraordinary contribution to the prevention of accidents in the corrugated industry. It is a security system based on artificial vision; it detects people and forklift movements and their exact position, allowing an automatic activation of an alert for preventing a possible accident in a high risk area.
