Marbach offers a practical training program for companies in the packaging industry through the Marbach Academy. Gundlach Verpackung GmbH in Oerlinghausen, Germany, takes advantage of this program to prepare its employees for new tasks on the die-cutting machine and to develop their internal skills.
During the Intensive Course ‘Paperboard – Machine Operator Qualification’, participants gained a comprehensive insight into the key processes involved in die-cutting. The focus was on practical exercises directly at the die-cutting machine, supplemented by brief theoretical units in the Marbach Academy classrooms. The course aimed to provide a deep understanding of the process, establish safe procedures, and support economical everyday production.
