David Williams, Managing Director, GTS Europe, has confirmed that the company will soon install its tenth Weipong flexo converting line, which has been sold to Leeds, UK-based Fast Box Ltd.
The machine prior to shipping to the UK from Weipong’s facility.
“We are absolutely delighted with how quickly corrugated converters in the UK and Ireland have taken to these well-built, reliable and easy to run flexo converting lines,” says Williams. “But what is more satisfying is that we have achieved our tenth sale in only three years since winning the distribution and sales agency rights.”
The company has successfully sold and installed machines throughout the UK, including several high profile installations in the last 12 months, including companies such as The Box Factory, BoxWay Packaging Group, Challenge Packaging, RH Fibreboard and Weedon.
“These are some high calibre names in our industry, so it is satisfying to have them on the roster of happy owners,” concludes Williams. “We look forward to the installation of the Venus 1230 FFG-B at Fastbox in due course.”
