According to a rezoning application submitted to the Germantown Plan Commission, Green Bay Packaging is seeking approval to build a 233,450 sq ft corporate office and manufacturing facility to consolidate its four buildings in Germantown, MD, into one state-of-the-art facility. It has been reported that the investment will be in the region of $60m.
