Green Bay Packaging Continues Expansion

Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP) has acquired Grand Traverse Container, Inc. (GTC). The acquisition was effective July 27, 2018. GTC was founded in 1995 by Tom Schofield and Mike Chereskin and provides a broad range of manufacturing capabilities and a differentiated service model to offer customers a one-stop-shop for corrugated packaging. With headquarters in Traverse City, Michigan, and an operation in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the company services all of Michigan, northern Ohio and northern Indiana. It will continue to be led by Schofield and Chereskin.
