In its 105 years of existence, Graphic Village has successfully navigated the ever-changing world of print and packaging technology with strong customer satisfaction, balancing these two guiding principles while continuing to modernize and enact strategic acquisitions.
To keep up with this rapid growth into its second centennial, Graphic Village remains committed to adding a broad range of high-quality print and finishing solutions for its customers. Its latest acquisition is a Koenig & Bauer Allpro 110 folder gluer.
“There were three main challenges that we needed to overcome,” says Mark O’Bryan, chief operating officer, Graphic Village. “Most importantly our goal was to increase capacity and invest in the latest automation. This new folder gluer positions us as the go-to provider for sophisticated and innovative packaging solutions and allows us to successfully compete in new markets.”

Left to right: Mark O’Bryan (chief operating officer) and Eric Kahn (executive chairman), eagerly anticipate the delivery of a Koenig & Bauer Allpro 110.
The Allpro 110 allows its users to exceed production requirements, maximize productivity and profitability, and produce endless carton box design and format possibilities. These include straight line, double wall, crash lock and optional four- and six-corner with single finger servo fold for high-speed precision as well as inner partition, Z-fold, conical crash lock and CD boxes.
The Allpro 110 offers fully automatic processes along with job memory functions to achieve the shortest possible makeready times. GV’s operators will be able to quickly retrieve repeat orders thus improving overall production and set-up times. The Allpro’s intuitive, touchscreen-based operating system allows exceptional ease of operation.
“During the entire sales process, we recognized that Koenig & Bauer was truly invested in our success. We soon realized that they emphasized educating and demonstrating the folder gluer to our operators and sought to become a long-term partner in our growth. Between the knowledge of our local sales manager Greg Schiefelbein and its postpress director Tom Fitzgerald, Koenig & Bauer truly became a trusted advisor that we now look forward to expanding our valued relationship,” concluded O’Bryan.
