Graphic Packaging Holding Company has appointed Tatiana Berardinelli as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective September 8.
Berardinelli (pictured left) will report to President and CEO Robbert Rietbroek and join the company’s Executive Leadership Team. She brings 25 years of global human resources experience across the packaging, speciality chemicals, coatings and advanced materials sectors.
“Tatiana has led complex global transformations and knows how to attract, retain and develop talent in the packaging industry,” said Rietbroek. “She will help strengthen our performance culture and operational excellence through greater employee empowerment, a focus on productivity and clear execution metrics.”
