Glueline for Brohl Wellpappe

Lamina System AB has confirmed that Brohl Wellpappe Packaging & Display have invested in a new Lamina Glueline at its Niederzier site.

In Niederzier, displays made of corrugated board and cardboard are manufactured using offset, flexographic, and digital printing. The new fully automatic inline gluing machine is equipped with hot and cold glue nozzles and is designed for gluing one- and two-piece packaging and displays.

To maintain high quality standards, it is also equipped with a height-adjustable pressing station. Brohl Wellpappe will use it to glue two-piece display sockets and bodies in particular.

Michael Günter, Plant Manager at the Niederzier site, says, “The new gluing machine allows us to achieve a higher output per hour with fewer operators. This is a clear advantage, especially in times of skilled labour shortages and rising energy costs. In addition, our delivery times are getting shorter.”
