Gallus has introduced the Flexomaster platform as a dedicated flexo press to support growth of the label printing market in India.
The Gallus Flexomaster is a high-performance flexographic label press engineered for converters operating in India’s fast-growing and rapidly evolving label market.
Flexomaster is engineered by Gallus and assembled in India. The press is available with a 440mm printing width and offers a maximum production speed of up to 200m/min.
The platform features flexo and screen printing capabilities, together with a range of embellishment modules including cold foil, lamination and a web-turn mechanism, extending the range of application possibilities and value-added effects available to customers. Flexomaster flexo presses can be configured with up to 12 stations, mixing printing and processing units according to the customer’s requirement.
It is being pitched at converters expanding into targeted label and packaging applications, as well as established converters progressing beyond basic production platforms.
The press supports the production of pressure-sensitive, shrink sleeve, glue-applied, and in-mold labels, as well as suitable flexible label and packaging applications such as roll-to-roll production of sachets and pouches. While different types of work can be produced on the press, Gallus has developed Flexomaster with a specific focus on four key application areas: logistics, household and technical products, pharmaceuticals, and selected health, beauty and cosmetics applications.
Flexomaster was introduced to the market during LOUPE India 2026
Gallus, a subsidiary of Heidelberg, introduced the press at the inaugural LOUPE India.

Following its launch in India and subsequent installations throughout 2027, Gallus plans to gradually introduce Flexomaster across selected markets globally and offer the platform to converters in other regions with similar production needs.
