Fosber’s 24/7 Support Service enhanced

Fosber has confirmed that it continues to invest and enhance its support service to customers around the world. Most recently, the company has increased the number of dedicated technicians to the Customer Care Department, ensuring true round the clock support. With the latest digital solutions, such as remote control, head cams and augmented reality, Fosber’s technicians are on hand 24/7 to ensure maximum uptime for corrugators in the customer site.

“The primary role of our after-sales customer support department is to ensure fast access to engineers, no matter what time of day or night,” says Alfio Brandi, Commercial Director, Fosber. “With the addition of these engineers into the department, we ensure responsive and professional support to all of our customers. The service is totally free of charge to our customers, and covers the life of the machine.”
