UK based carton converter Falconer has adopted a four-day working week for its team, strengthening its commitment to employee well-being, productivity and stability.
The move was inspired by managing director Richard Martin’s personal experience with a four-day schedule, which he has followed for several years.
Effective 31st March 2025, the new model allows team members to condense their hours into four days while ensuring uninterrupted customer service and production. All departments will remain operational Monday to Friday, so customers experience the high standards Falconer is known for.
