ESKA USA set to relocate

ESKA USA, part of RDM Group, has confirmed its relocation and expansion in Suffolk, VA.

Seeking to expand its operations, the company will be moving existing machinery, material, and operations to a new facility in Suffolk. Eska USA also plans a significant investment in machinery upon settling in to the new site. This new, larger, and more efficient facility will enable them to continue delivering on its promise to deliver the highest quality solidboard and logistics experience to customers. This is not only a move but also a commitment to long-term strategic growth in the U.S. and Western Hemisphere.

This is consistent with RDM Group’s growth plan, which, following the acquisition of ESKA, also has great ambitions for the U.S. market. RDM Group is a leading producer in the recycled carton board business and one of the largest producers in Italy, France, The Netherlands, Scandinavia, and the Iberian Peninsula. While coated board is mainly supplied to the European market, solid board is a leading segment worldwide including U.S. and Asia. Eska USA represents one of its four sheeting centres, the only one in the Unites States.

Eska USA’s relocation will not only enhance its production capacity and technological capabilities but also contribute significantly to the local economy by creating job opportunities and fostering community development. The company has already confirmed a commitment to job creation and economic growth in the region.
