Envases Rambleños, a Hinojosa Group company, was established a little more than 70 years ago and is one of thirteen companies operated by Hinojosa Group in Spain. Hinojosa Group is a member of the Blue Box Partners. Envases Rambleños, based near Cordoba, has an excellent reputation in the converting of corrugated board.
The company has recently taken delivery of a 6-colour Celmacch HD Chroma Print machine, to assist in strengthening its position as a leading producer of high quality flexo printed packaging. The off-line printer is equipped with an Alliance pre-feeder as well as a stacker.
“Thanks to the six colours and the HBL configuration with quick set-up during production, Envases aims to optimise productivity and minimise job changeover timing,” states Luca Celotti of Celmacch. “The printing machine features our lead edge feeder wheel, equipped whith Siemens servo motors, offering excellent precision, high productivity and high reliability. All printing units are equipped with carbon chambered doctor blades and automatic wash-up systems, together with anilox rolls produced by Simec and specifically selected for high graphics printing.”
He continues, “The quick anilox-changeover system allows users to have up to three anilox rolls per unit – one in the working position and two on deposit. To complete the high tech configuration, Envases chose six Celmacch drying units – IR and hot air – for production on coated board. The whole machine boasts the latest generation of Siemens electronics to achieve the highest printing accuracy and reliability in the long term.
