Manipulados Emreser S.L. has placed an order with Pasaban for the supply of a BM-2600 board and paper winder. This converter, located in Murcia, Spain, has worked with Pasaban for over 20 years, using several folio sheeters, in order to offer a high added value product.
Having recently expanded their facilities, Emreser have entrusted Pasaban with the design and manufacturing of a winder which will reliably cut high-quality cartonboard. The winder has a width of 2600mm and it is designed for cartonboard from 250 to 500 gsm. It is able to handle both input and output reels of large diameters (2100 mm/1800 mm) at speeds of up to 1500m per min. It incorporates an automatic blade positioning system together with the latest control improvements developed with the IK4-Tekniker technology centre.
