Marbach recently launched a new system under the name Embossing Register System IV. This allows embossing plates to be set up quickly and easily on embossing dies. With the system, users can save time when setting up the embossing dies and thus reduce machine downtime.
For customers who perform embossing and die-cutting/scoring in two separate operations, Marbach has developed a solution that makes setting up the embossing dies to the printed image more accurate and significantly more efficient.
Jan Brunner, Head of Business Development at Marbach, says, “With our Embossing Register System IV, custom-made steel bolts ensure that each individual embossing plate can be adjusted very precisely to the print image. For our customers, this means not only beautiful embossing results, but also significant time savings. The Embossing Register System IV is available in a set with 20 pens.
