Gothenburg, Sweden-based Ekman & Co AB completed the acquisition of Allan Morris Recycling in Deeside, Flintshire, North Wales on 26 March.
The Allan Morris Recycling business, which operates one of the most advanced paper recovery facilities in the country, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ekman & Co AB, trading as Allan Morris Recycling.
