ECO3 and PlanProphet have confirmed a partnership to integrate customer relationship management (CRM) and print production automation software, ahead of the planned launch of ECO3’s APOGEE IQ platform in the second quarter of 2027.
The collaboration will connect PlanProphet’s Print CRM & Growth Platform with ECO3’s print automation technology, enabling print service providers to link customer management, business administration and production workflows.
APOGEE IQ, first introduced in September 2026, is being developed as an integrated platform designed to extend workflow automation beyond traditional pre-press operations. The software aims to connect different stages of print production, reducing manual processes and improving the flow of information between business and manufacturing systems.
Through the partnership, PlanProphet’s CRM and business intelligence capabilities will be integrated with ECO3’s production management and automation software. The companies expect this to improve operational visibility, streamline administrative processes and support more efficient production planning.
The integration is intended to help print service providers manage customer communications and production activities through a more connected workflow, from order processing through to manufacturing.
The collaboration forms part of wider efforts to support greater automation and connectivity across print production environments, with the integrated APOGEE IQ platform scheduled to become available in Q2 2027.
