Durham Box has recently supplied fixings and fasteners wholesaler, Owlett-Jaton, with 250 FSDUs for multiple merchant stores across the UK. The units, which display boxes of woodscrews from the company’s Vortex range, were die-cut, part assembled, wrapped in outers and provided with store completion instructions and a mop tray.

Their major investment in a EFI Nozomi C18000 single pass digital press provides cutting-edge technology, combined with impressive image quality and fast running speeds. “Customers like Owlett-Jaton recognise that digital is an attractive solution for them. As there are no printing plate costs, the displays have helped streamline their production processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency and save money,” said Andy Smith of Durham Box. “For this particular job, we selected a EB doublewall board, which when primed and printed through the Nozomi gives an enhanced finish with a great stand-out presence.”
