Durham Box has appointed Dean Milburn as Operations Manager, with responsibility for leading the company’s operational strategy across safety, people, delivery, cost and continuous improvement.
Milburn brings more than 35 years of manufacturing and operational leadership experience across a range of sectors. His career has also included senior manufacturing and operations roles with Smurfit, an Operations Director position in the oil and gas sector and, most recently, Head of Manufacturing Development for UK & Ireland at VPK.
