Stephen Heslop, Group Managing Director, Pitreavie Group, has confirmed the company continues to invest in its Cumbernauld-based corrugated sheet plant.
The company is due to take delivery of an Eterna PE1620SA Elite automatic die-cutter in February 2024. The machine, which has been fully refurbished and will be supplied by M&K Trading, is expected to help significantly increase die-cutting capacity for the Scottish corrugated packaging producer.
“We continue to invest in our business, as one of Scotland’s leading packaging manufacturers,” says Heslop. “We are looking forward to putting this machine into action at very short notice and thanks to Mike Irving and his team at M&K for doing a great job on the pre-installation work and project plan.”
