Despite COVID crisis, Opakowaniamax of Poland choose EVOL

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has confirmed that it has signed an agreement with Opakowaniamax Sp. z o.o. for the supply of a MHI EVOL 100 flexo folder gluer, including the fully automatic MHI MPF M pre-feeder. The flexo folder gluer will be delivered in summer 2021.

Opakowaniamax is a privately owned converting plant located near Radom in Poland. The company, which was established 20 years ago, has grown rapidly over the last decade and is now investing in the latest converting equipment to allow for continuing growth.

Pawel Kolaczek, owner of Opakowaniamax, said, “I have been expanding my factory over the last two years, and now comes the time to add a new flexo folder gluer to my converting hall. We chose the EVOL 100 for its reliability, accuracy and top performance.”

Mitsubishi has been particularly successful in Poland, with an six machines now sold. Interestingly, the machines have been sold to both private as well as multi-national companies.
