Dan Davies, Managing Director, CTECH Europe Ltd, has confirmed the company recently completed the installation of a CPS6000 Wastewater Treatment Plants for VPK Raamsdonksveer, in the Netherlands.
He explains, “Using our PolyClay® chemistry, this bespoke system has been designed to treat both ink and starch wastewater in 6m³ batches, while also enabling the reuse of treated wastewater for secondary starch mixes.”
He concludes, “The plant features a 750L filter press, with the option to expand to 1,000L, ensuring efficient and reliable sludge dewatering. By replacing the existing wastewater treatment plant, the new system will positively impact the factory’s operations and enhance overall wastewater treatment performance.”
