C&T Matrix has partnered with Sprint Finishing to deliver the ADEWO X1EPRO installation, helping modernise and streamline their in-house forme-making operation.
Sprint Finishing was looking to improve efficiency, increase flexibility and reduce lead times as production demands continued to grow. C&T provided consultation, installation, training and ongoing support to implement the ADEWO X1EPRO — an advanced rule processing system capable of producing cut, crease, perforating and stripping rule quickly and efficiently. The ADEWO X1EPRO’s multi-coil system and ability to process multiple rule types have enabled Sprint to improve workflow efficiency while increasing output capacity.
The new system has already delivered significant benefits, including:

- Reduced machine downtime;
- Greater production flexibility;
- In-house perforating and cut-crease rule production;
