C&T Matrix strategic manufacturing relocation to support growth and customer experience

C&T Matrix (C&T) has confirmed the relocation of its manufacturing operations this year to a new facility in Poole, Dorset.

This major investment will enhance C&T’s manufacturing capabilities, support future expansion, and improve operational efficiency. The new site will also feature upgraded customer-facing facilities, including a dedicated customer suite and on-site machinery training centre, designed to strengthen collaboration with customers and partners.

“This relocation is a positive and important step for C&T,” said Howard Mead, Global Sales Director. “The new facility gives us the space and capability to continue developing our products, invest in our people, and create a more engaging environment for customers and partners. It reflects our long-term commitment to growth, innovation, and customer support.”

C&T’s sales and finance teams will continue to operate from Northamptonshire, ensuring continuity across commercial and customer support functions. The relocation of Rubber Profiles production is scheduled to begin in February, with the full manufacturing transition expected to be completed by the end of May.

“By investing in modern facilities and enhanced customer engagement capabilities, C&T Matrix continues to reinforce its position as a forward-thinking, customer-focused partner to the global packaging, die-making, folding carton, corrugated, and commercial print industries,” concluded Mead.
