Fabien Val-Duprez, CEO of France-based Cuir CCM, has confirmed the company has recently signed a spare parts and distribution agreement with C&T Matrix for the UK.
“From now on, UK-based users of Cuir equipment will be able to secure fast and reliable lead times, even if Brexit has changed the rules and created uncertainty,” explains Val-Duprez. “With an official UK distributor with local stocks of genuine die supply parts from Cuir, you can receive bellows, combi-bellows, bases, suckers, piping and more via a quick local courier services in local currency.”
He continues, “With this agreement, we want to become closer to the market, because until now, Cuir was able to supply standard parts, but not close enough to our customers, to fully understand customer needs to develop new products, increase quality and durability. C&T Matrix has a strong and established network, with a local sales support team, they will become the vital connection between customer and supplier, which will benefit everyone.”
Val-Duprez concludes, “For critical spare parts, contact can be made directly to the Cuir offices in France, but for all consumables and other enquiries, UK converters can contact C&T Matrix directly.”
